The estate you run,and what it should become.
Most organizations know their infrastructure has to change and cannot get a straight answer about what to change it to — because the people best placed to advise are usually the people selling the replacement. We do the target state and the sequencing, and we resell nothing.
Target state before procurement
What the estate should look like in three years, decided against the organization’s own constraints — data residency, connectivity, the skills actually on staff, and what finance will fund. Procurement then follows that answer instead of producing it.
Sequencing, because order decides when benefit lands
Two programmes with identical scope and budget can differ by years in when they deliver anything. We tranche the work so each stage stands on its own and retires cost as it goes, rather than concentrating every risk at a single cutover with nothing to show until it happens.
Resilience as a design property
Continuity and recovery specified as architecture: recovery objectives matched to what the business actually needs, dual-running and reconciliation designed in rather than retrofitted, and a rollback that has been rehearsed rather than assumed.
Independent by construction
We hold no vendor certifications, no reseller margin, and no partner tier to protect. That is a real limitation — it means we cannot deploy the outcome ourselves — and it is the only condition under which an evaluation can be believed when the alternative advice comes from whoever books the sale.
