Tooling that supportsthe work.
These are not the offering — the practices are. They exist because certain engagements need a governed place to run, trace, and reason about model-driven systems before the client platform is ready to carry them.
Appenji Infrastructure
Runtime for model-driven servicesA managed runtime for deploying and scaling model-driven services with zero-downtime rollouts — used where an engagement needs a governed place to run things before the client platform is ready.
- Zero-downtime rollouts
- Environment parity
- Policy-aware deployment
Macho
Observability for non-deterministic systemsTracing across prompts, model calls, retrieval, and downstream actions, so the behavior of a model-driven system can be reviewed after the fact rather than reasoned about from logs.
- Prompt and call tracing
- Retrieval visibility
- Post-hoc review
Hazina
A governed data layerA unified interface across product data, warehouse, and vector stores, with lineage and access control applied at the layer rather than reimplemented per consumer.
- Lineage by default
- Retrieval-time authorization
- One interface, many stores
Inside engagements,not instead of them.
Where a client already has a platform that can carry the work, we use theirs. Where they do not yet, these give an engagement somewhere governed to operate from while the permanent foundation is built.
Either way the exit is the same: the capability ends up owned and operable by the client. Nothing here is designed to make that harder.
